BiZFiTS is a Felber Consulting partner based in the Netherlands and serving Benelux and Europe. BiZFiTS specialises in evidence or results-based approaches to benefit management, such as The Theory of Change, an approach used by many 3rd sector and government organisations worldwide. This approach is extremely well supported by Realisor which can create a visual narrative of the change and then link to real-time dashboards and scorecards to collate and present the evidence of successful change or give early warning of issues.

Centerprise International (CI) is a leading supplier of managed IT hardware and services to customers in Defence, Education and wider Public Sector.
CI’s recent win of a contract to deliver media and wireless ICT services as part of HM Treasury’s ICT 2015 programme, was a significant milestone. This was the first SME contract to be awarded by HMT and is CI’s first Central Government contract coinciding with the business’s 30-year anniversary.
Felber Consulting supported CI in this prestigious win. The approach and collateral developed was then used by the CI team to prepare and submit another successful bid within the same programme.
