Join Our Vibrant, Collaborative Kimble Team
We are keen to hear from you if you would like to join our team helping customers achieve greater efficiency and profitability through implementing Kimble, the world-class Professional Services Management solution, rated No 1 PSA on G2-Crowd.
We can offer you flexible working whilst being part of a team that collaborates and supports each other – sharing tips and tricks and actively co-working where someone can add value to a colleague’s implementation.
By flexible working we mean we can accommodate part-time working but we need at least 60% commitment to make it viable. You will work from customer site for workshops or other key interventions, sometimes from an office location and often from your home-base.
Collaboration to us means our team members stay in touch through live chat and forums and share insights through our knowledge repository. It also means we work closely with our partner Kimble Applications customer success, sales and support teams on all customer engagements ensuring quality implementation and smooth handover to live operations.
Skills and Experience
We require a mix of skills and experience including Professional Services Management, PSA, ERP or CRM implementation, Salesforce configuration, project management, change management and good facilitation, coaching and communication.
Your experience should be rooted in Professional Services so that you understand the business model and the key choices and challenges that customers have when seeking greater efficiency and profitability:
- you may have built and managed professional services teams
- you may have been an operations manager supporting a professional services practice
- you may be a consultant but have also managed an internal development project for your team to streamline your processes and create the headroom to grow
Take a look a Simon’s real-life challenges from one of our earlier posts to see if they match your experience …
Experience of software implementation is also important. It may be Kimble but could also be another PSA, an ERP or CRM solution. Salesforce configuration experience is also valuable to us since Kimble is built on the Salesforce platform and many customers who buy Kimble already have Salesforce.
Finally we need you to be able to drive and manage your implementation engagement and have the change skills to be able to support your customer work-team in engaging their client-focused organisation through workshops, training and coaching alongside the day-to-day priorities.
Developing Specialisms Over Time
Although we need all our consultants to be great at helping customers achieve the planned benefits from a Kimble implementation, as we grow there will be opportunities to specialise – some team members being more technical and others with more of a focus on change and transformation.
Like Kimble Applications themselves we have come from a professional services background and we combine this with experience of business transformation, change management and benefit realisation. Once a customer has successfully implemented Kimble and the best practice professional service management it embodies, then this can be a platform for further interesting work if the customer is ambitious and wants to drive for further change.
