Antje has implemented Kimble for many organisations over the past five years including consultancies delivering cost reduction, HR, IT and finance services and based in the UK, Middle East, France, Switzerland and Australia. See her blog on one of her trips to Australia.
Antje is also very experienced in bid management, change, project and benefits management having worked as a business consultant in both government and the private sector for Fujitsu Services and prior to that for organisations in the healthcare, media and voluntary sectors.
Suzanne leads our business transformation and benefit realisation capabilities and was responsible, with Simon Teale, for establishing our Kimble partnership. She works with Felber customers to bring their strategies to life, working with staff at all levels to coach and create understanding, motivation, action and sustainable results.
She also supports growing professional and ICT services clients from strategy, the creation of new services and capabilities through to running a more effective and efficient operations.
Suzanne brings a wealth of experience as a consulting leader and practitioner at Fujitsu Services, BT (Syntegra), Cap Gemini (Gemini Consulting) and PA Consulting.

He works with Felber Consulting clients identifying suitable bids, providing analysis of market opportunity, advising on the development or improvement of collateral & bid products and leading bids from Expression of Interest (EoI) through to final submission. He also facilitates the creation and effective working of consortia for larger bids.
John is an experienced manager of complex programmes having worked for a range of IT and defence communications clients for EDS, BT, Accenture, Atos Origin and HP .

Jim Keeley is working with Felber Consulting providing bid support to our SME clients. He has extensive experience of working within and of leading Bid Teams. He has played numerous roles defining and designing engineering solutions for multiple bids, the most recent of which was for the successful network upgrade of a major defence client.
An experienced Telecommunications & Network Engineering Consultant. Jim has much experience of design, implementation and management within both the public and private sectors, incorporating both local/central government clients, UK MoD, and numerous commercial industries sectors. Jim’s experience is derived from working within the international division of BT, EDS and HP, where he has set-up major international telecommunications networks and gateways. In addition to networks and communications, Jim has strong software development team experience creating products such as directories and data warehouse. He has extensive experience in building and upgrading data centres, managing the deployment and ongoing support of networks across the UK.
Alan is a senior, committed, business change professional fully versed in all facets of IT-led transformation. His expertise is rooted in the practical application of benefit realisation techniques, outcome based change management and programme consulting. These disciplines, allied to his understanding of how IT services and solutions are acquired and implemented, enable him to engage IT and business stakeholders and assist both in realising the benefits of IT-enabled change
He has worked extensively in the public sector and holds full UK security clearance. His private sector experience includes financial services.
Alan is a founder member of Felber’s business transformation team specialising in benefit realisation. He is currently working with Suzanne to develop leads and opportunities for our benefit realisation tool Realisor..
Fady Kassab is a member of our growing Kimble Professional Services Management team. He is based in Helsinki, Finland and so extends the global reach of our team into Northern Europe.
Fady joins us from M-Brain a global information services company that has implemented Kimble PSA. He brings project management as well as skills in report design, managing migration & integration, improving the user experience and CRM.
He also brings experience of managing different aspects of business operations for a range of companies including – purchasing, Board reporting, and marketing & sales support – as well as IT systems design, implementation & training.
Simon leads our Kimble Professional Services Management (PSM) capability working with our growing team of Kimble consultants. He and his team have led the implementation of Kimble for over 60 organisations to date (including our own) based in 15 different countries and territories.
Simon is also experienced at bidding to public sectors clients and has applied this to securing places for Kimble product and services on the Government G-Cloud. These can be purchased via the Digital Marketplace.
Simon is an experienced consulting leader and practitioner having most recently built a consulting practice for Atos in China.

Jo Millott is a highly experienced manager of complex change having worked both as a consultant for two of the major players (C&L and PwC) and as COO & Marketing Director on the international boards of two US quoted companies. More recently, she led Fujitsu’s Transformation practice and was the Head of Cloud Consulting.
Her advice and insight are sought by UK and global organisations large and small. She has captured her latest insights as a set of ‘Business Change Tools’ which will be released as innovative cloud applications to support success through team collaboration.
Jo recently managed a global merger integration programme for a key player in the airline industry and a portfolio of strategic programmes for a global travel organisation.
Jo works with Suzanne on developing opportunities for business transformation and benefit realisation. Felber Consulting is also looking forward to working with Jo to bring Business Change Tools to market as a key part of our Business Transformation service.
Bjorn Barton-Pye is an experienced IT Service Manager fully certified to ITIL Version 3.
Bjorn has extensive experience of both public and private sectors, including transport, insurance, drinks, facilities management, communications, local and central government and military. For his clients Bjorn has often taken on the role of ‘model’ Service Manager. He has created service management models and documentation, designed and improved processes, identified substantial savings for end customers and also coached / mentored new and inexperienced Services Managers.
Bjorn has worked with a Felber SME client providing ITIL capability on behalf of that client to a key government organisation. This was a great example of our Consulting as a Service (CaaS) in action.
Tom Rothwell brings a wealth of experience in consultancy practice leadership and in designing and implementing information management software.
Tom has supported us in developing opportunities for Kimble Professional Services Management.
Emily Souza is an experienced project manager, operations manager and implementer of complex software solutions. She works with Felber Consulting as a principal consultant in our growing international Kimble Professional Services Management team. She is based in Utrecht in the Netherlands.
For the last few years working for consultancies based in both the Netherlands and the US, Emily has built an excellent track record in software implementation, maintenance and optimisation – from software to support IT environments through to specialist healthcare software.
Her first Kimble experience was actually as a Kimble client when working for RES Software. She successfully managed the selection, implementation and training for her own professional services teams. She combines this hands-on Kimble experience together with her broader project management, process and operational improvement capabilities to help Felber customers achieve their target benefits from Kimble.
Simon is a member of our Kimble Professional Services Management team in the UK. He brings over 5 years of experience of CRM and PSA implementation on the Salesforce platform. He joins us from Harmony Business Systems and prior to that he was with FinancialForce.com.
Simon has also worked as a risk management and implementation consultant for global healthcare organisations and fpr senior teams at NHS Trusts and in Local Government providing ICT project management, systems analysis, testing, user training and support, business process design and software implementation .
Cait is a member of our growing team implementing Kimble, the fastest growing and No 1 PSA solution. She brings experience of configuring and implementing both Kimble PSA and Financial Force as well as Salesforce CRM.
Cait has also successfully applied her change management skills to help organisations get greater benefit from their PSA. For example, she has implemented new processes supported by software changes, tuned the data model and enhanced user experience, resulting in greater efficiency benefits as well as increased morale and engagement.
Cait’s previous roles also include business analysis, centralised service administration, strategic resourcing, project control and management reporting.
Tony’s has built his significant skills and experience in change and project management working for many public sector, manufacturing and financial services clients of organisations such as Fujitsu Services and BT (Syntegra).
Brett has considerable experience of global consultancy organisations having worked for KPMG, Atos and BT. At BT he built a new consultancy practice from scratch to 200 reallocated staff. He rapidly built pipeline through business development, with effective resource forecasting and skills utilisation thus eliminating the need for third party resources, increasing morale of BT employees and delivering £18M turnover.
He enjoys working with ambitious SME organisations advising them on all aspects from strategy to operational management. For example, he led an international business support company created to help businesses align with contract opportunities from the building, operating, and hosting of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Di Prime is a member of our growing international Kimble Professional Services Management (PSM) team. She is based in the UK.
Di has extensive experience of delivering operational and software change programmes and process re-engineering with stakeholder management expertise developed in complex and diverse environments.
Most recently Di was head of business transformation for a market-leading SaaS business specialising in talent acquisition and talent management products for whom she managed numerous process re-engineering and SaaS implemenation projects. She was responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of all internal business systems and processes, including CRM, Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Marketing SaaS products.
Di is a proven programme leader & manager and is both MSP & PRINCE2 qualified.
Paul Smith is a member of our central Felber team. He supports our Kimble PSA and Wovex Benefit Realisation capabilities bringing his experience of product and technical solutions development, delivery, integration and support. He also manages our internal systems, data and processes ensuring, amongst other things, that we are GDPR compliant.
Paul has worked most recently for 8Technology, provider of retail sales software solutions to the automotive industry, as technical product manager. Prior to that he worked for First Databank Europe, provider of drug knowledge solutions for developers and healthcare decision makers, where he integrated the company’s data solutions into customer systems, building relationships with key customers – understanding their clinical systems and processes as well as their technical requirements – and influencing their roadmaps.
He works with both our private and public sector clients having, for example, assisted the Government Internal Audit Agency (GIAA) to implement Kimble as an essential part of their move to Executive Agency status. Take a look at GIAA Kimble case study.
He has supported a number of Kimble implementations including organisations based in Japan and France and a global Professional Services Organisation (PSO) specialising in finance services.
Paul is a very experienced solutions implementer having created deployment strategies and supported numerous SAP and mobile solutions implementations. He has also developed and delivered many product-based training courses including SAP, Sky mobile solutions and Kimble. He has created and grown two product consultancies as well as being director of a £3M consultancy organisation.
Denise specialises in business change, governance, strategy development and leadership mentoring. She is also a very experienced bid manager and programme manager. She has worked for clients in a range of sectors throughout her career, most recently focusing on the voluntary sector working with both UK and overseas-based non-profit organisations. She has an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management and is an MSP practitioner.
Denise is currently working with the Rochester Diocese managing and advising on strategic programmes establishing new and ground-breaking initiatives in areas of major regeneration.
