Felber Consulting has extensive experience in professional services consulting. We used this experience to support an ICT Services organisation in the development of a strategy for the creation of advisory services that could complement existing programme management and application delivery services and provide an additional source of revenue for the future. We worked alongside the Head of Programmes to develop and analyse a number of strategic options based on our consultancy maturity model. We looked carefully at all the implications for each option and built a high level road-map and recommendations for next steps based on the selected way forward.
